1. Click "Instructional Observation." The AI is only enabled for this form during the pilot.
2. Click teacher
3. Click "Start"
4. Click this side panel icon in upper right corner.
5. There are currently 4 questions preloaded. You can click on one and a response will generate.
6. As a part of the pilot, please regularly leave feedback related to the AI's responses by using the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down."
7. Thumbs down option.
8. When you select "thumbs down" you then get the option to select the issue and/or add notes.
9. Click "Submit Feedback"
10. You can also use the "Ask a question" box just like another other AI chat box.
11. In the side panel you will see which observations the AI is searching.
12. You can click on the title of a specific observation to open the entire observation.
Tip: Classroom Mosaic's AI allows you to easily pull information from all other observations that you would already have access to in the system. It does not give an observer access to observations that they are not allowed to view.
