Create a new Coaching Cycle
1. Click "Start"
2. Click "Coaching Cycles"
3. Click "Results-Based Coaching Tool"
4. Name the Coaching Cycle. Perhaps Last Name of Coach and Team or Teacher with Date or Subject/Grade.
5. Add the Coach: Click the "Select Coach" dropdown, then search and select the name of the coach.
6. (Optional) Add the Teachers: Click "Add User" under "Secondary Users"
Teachers can also be added later, after the Coaching Cycle has been created.
7. Click "Select Teacher 1" dropdown, then search and select the name of a teacher on the Coaching Cycle.
8. For teams of more than one teacher, click "Add User"
9. Select the Role dropdown option and select "Teacher 2"
10. Click "Select Teacher 2" and search and select the name of a second teacher to add to the coaching cycle.
11. Repeat this process for up to 10 teacher on a coaching cycle.
12. Set the number of teachers being Coached: Click the dropdown under "Settings"/"Workflow Version" to indicate how many teachers are being added to the coaching cycle.
13. Click "Start"
Edit the Coaching Cycle
14. Click "Edit"
15. Option 1: Change the name of the Coaching Cycle
Click the text box and edit the name.
16. Click "Update Name"
17. Option 2: Add a Teacher to the Coaching Cycle
Click "Add User"
18. Click the "Role" dropdown and select the teacher # in next sequential order.
19. Click "Select Teacher 4" dropdown, and search and select the name of the teacher.
20. Click "Save"
Tip: REQUIRED: The number of teacher roles assigned (Teacher 1, Teacher 2, ... etc) must match the number of teachers selected in the Settings/Workflow Version.
21. Click the dropdown under "Settings"/"Workflow Version" to change the number of teachers on the Coaching Cycle.
22. Select the number of teachers, then click "Update Version"
23. Option 3: Remove a user
Click "Remove" next to that person's name.
24. Don't forget to update the number of teachers if you are removing them!
Tip: Tip! If you are changing teachers (i.e. replacing one teacher with another, but keeping the total # of teachers the same) remove the old teacher before adding the new teacher
Tip: Tip! The Teacher roles assigned must be in sequential order (i.e. 1 - #). For example, a team of 3 teachers must have Teachers 1-3 assigned, not, Teachers 1, 5, and 7.
25. Click the back arrow to return to the Coaching Cycle.
