Create a new Coaching Cycle
1. Click "Start"
2. Click "Coaching Cycles"
3. Click "Mini-Coaching Cycles"
4. Name the mini coaching cycle
5. Add the Teacher: Click "Select Teacher" dropdown, then search and select the name of the teacher being coached.
6. Add the Coach: Click "Add User" below Secondary Users
7. Click "Select Coach" dropdown, then search and select the name of the coach leading the coaching cycle.
8. (OPTIONAL) Add a Co-Teacher being coached: Click "Add User"
9. Click the "Role" drop-down and select "Co-Teacher".
10. Click "Select Co-Teacher" drop-down, then search and select the name of the co-teacher.
11. Click "Start"
Edit the Coaching Cycle
12. Click "Edit"
13. Click "Remove" to remove a user.
14. Click "Add User" to add a user.
15. Click the "Role" dropdown to indicate if you are adding a teacher or a coach.
16. Click the dropdown, then search and select the name of the user to add.
17. Click "Save"
18. Click the back arrow to return to the coaching cycle.
