Accessing SLO Document
1. Navigate to your SLO - https://app.classroommosaic.com/processes/e805a3db47b1b21f9e08bbc3/workflows
2. Click "Student Learning Objective" to access your SLO document
Complete Document
3. Complete the form - "Beginning Instruction Date" field example.
Tip: Tip! The document auto-saves; you can exit at any time.
4. When you are done Click "Submit"
Submit Document
5. All fields are required
6. Use the arrows to complete the incomplete fields
7. Complete all fields
8. Click "Submit"
9. The task is marked as complete!
Tip: Note: The system will notify your evaluator for you!
Edit Submitted Document
10. Click "Unsubmit" and update fields.
Add Comments
11. Add comments in the comment box to the right of the document.

12. Click blue arrow to send.
