Option 1: Access Individual Evaluation
1. Open the Teacher Evaluations
2. Use the search bar to find a teacher by name
3. Click to open their evaluation.
4. Click "Edit"
5. This page is where you can edit the users assigned to the teacher's evaluation.
6. Remove the person who you want to change.
7. Click "Yes, Remove User"
8. Click "Add User"
9. Use the Role dropdown menu to select the role to add to the evaluation.
10. Use the User dropdown menu to select the person being assigned to this role.
11. Search and select the staff member.
12. Click "Save"
Option 2: Access all evaluations
13. Open the Teacher Evaluations
14. Click "Setup"
15. The Setup page will display the evaluation assignments for all of the teachers
16. Use the search bar to find a teacher by name
17. Click "Γ" next to the user you want to remove.
18. Search and select the new user to assign.
The box will glow green once the change has been saved.
