1. Click the start button in the lower left
2. Click "Evaluations"
3. Click "Teacher Evaluation"
4. Search for the teacher you need to create an evaluation for
5. Click "Add User"
6. Search for and assign the evaluator
7. You can change the version between the default and improvement plan version
8. Click "Start" to create the evaluation
