Cherokee County, SC If a certified staff member such as Retired Teachers or Literacy Coaches needs a GBE only evaluation, School Administrators must update that staff members' evaluation type in Classroom Mosaic. Special Area teachers (Librarians, Counselors, and SLPs) have already been assigned their GBE in the SC, SL, and SLP evaluations.
1. Click the "SLO/GBE Teachers" Evaluations section on the left side of Classroom Mosaic page.
2. Click the "Search" field to find a teacher by name.
3. Click the teacher's name to open their evaluation.
4. Click "Edit" next to the teacher's name.
5. Under "Settings," click the "Workflow Version" dropdown.
This is where you will select the new GBE version (see next step).
6. Click "GBE."
7. Click "Update Version" to save the changes.
8. Click the back arrow to return to the evaluation.
9. You will now see new tasks for the GBE.
Note: it may take a few additional minutes for the evaluation to update.
