Clark County R-1: How to Start a new Teacher Evaluation

1. Click "Start"

2. Click "Evaluation"

3. Click "Teacher Evaluation"

4. Click the dropdown for "Select Teacher"

5. Search and select the name of the teacher.

Note: For testing purposes, use the Demo Teacher only.

6. Click "Add User" under Secondary Users

7. Click the dropdown for "Select Administrator" to add yourself as an evaluator.

8. Search and select your name.

9. Click the dropdown for "Workflow Version" to set whether the evaluation is for an Elem/PreK or Secondary teacher

10. Click "Start" to create the evaluation.

11. To view/access all evaluations, click the icon for "Teacher Evaluation"
