1. Click "Analytics"
2. Click "Time Period"
3. Click "Custom" to select the time frame you want to review.
4. Use the arrows to identify the month you want to review.
5. Click "1"
6. Click on the date that will be the beginning of your timeframe.
7. Repeat the process to select the end of the timeframe.
8. Click "Property" to select the learning walk/walkthrough form you want to review
9. In this example, we are reviewing "Learning Walks"
10. Select the form you want to review. In this example we are reviewing the "ELA/Humanities Learning Walk"
11. Click "Data" to select the indicator you want to review
12. In this example we will review "2A Teacher asks questions and/or provides tasks that address any of the following from the text: Details, Structure, Concepts/ideas".
13. When the graph is populated, capture a screenshot of it to save.
14. Repeat the process to identify the comparison timeframe. Click "Custom"
15. Select the new dates (exactly as before)
16. Click "3"
17. Capture a screenshot of the next graph. You can compare the two.
Note- If you want more information from the charts you can Click "Attribute"
18. Click "People"
19. Click "Schools" and graphs for each school will populate.
