Step 1: Admin Task
1. Click "People"
2. Search and Select the Teacher.
3. Click "Actions"
4. Click "Edit User"
5. Click "Add Position"
6. Click the position dropdown and select "Peer Observer"
7. Click the field.
8. Click "Select organization(s)..." and select the school where the Teacher will be conducting the observation.
9. Click "Update"
Step 2: Teacher Task
10. The Teacher can only conduct the Peer to Peer Observation when they are in the role of the Peer Observer.
11. To switch into the Peer Observer role, the Teacher should click their name in the top right corner.
12. Click to select the "Peer Observer" role.
13. As the Peer Observer, click "Start" and select the "Peer to Peer Observation" form
14. Now they will be able to see all teachers in the school they are assigned.
