Classified Administrators | Using "Setup" to Manage All Evaluations

1. Click "Classified Employee Evaluation"

2. Click "Setup"

3. The "Setup" page provides an overview of all Classified Evaluations happening across all schools in the District.

4. On this page you can change evaluation type (Version) for a specific staff member.

5. On this page you can add or change supervisors assigned to a specific evaluation.

Search and select different people to add as evaluators.

Tip: The box will highlight green when changes have been saved.

6. Click "Γ—" next to the evaluator to remove a supervisor from a specific evaluation.

Filtering Options

7. Option 1: Search by the staff member's name.

8. Option 2: Filter by the evaluation type, i.e. classified role.

9. Option 3: Filter by school.

10. Option 4: Sort alphabetically by staff member name.

11. Click "Clear filters" to start fresh.
