11. Click "Submit Scorecard "
12. Link of Upload Scorecard.
13. Click "Pre Conference Meeting"
14. Scroll through to identify level of performance for each.
15. Add comments.
16. Supervisor signs and dates.
17. Click "Quarter 1 Progress Report" (will be completed in structured meeting)
18. Click "Quarter 1 Progress Report" (will be completed in structured meeting)
19. Click "Mid Year Scorecard Reflection" to link or upload Scorecard.
20. Review directions for Mid-Year Scorecard Reflection.
21. Link or Upload Mid-Year Scorecard Relfection
22. Click "Mid-Year Performance Ratings"
23. Click "Comments / Revisions"
24. Click "Supervisor's Signature"
25. Click "Progress Report (Q3) - same process as before- will occur in structured meeting
26. Click "Post-Conference (Q4)"
