1. Click "Start".
2. Click "Evaluations"
3. Select "Goals"
4. Click "Select Teacher"
5. Search and select the teacher's name.
6. Click "Add User"
7. Click "Select Admin"
8. Search and select the administrator assigned to the teacher
9. Select whether this person will be evaluated as a Teacher or as a SSP/Counselor.
10. Click "Start"
