1. Navigate to https://app.classroommosaic.com/

2. Click "Start"
Choose Form
3. Click "Informal Observation"
4. Or, continue an observation.
Choose Teacher
5. Filter by location
6. Change sort order
7. Search by teacher name
8. The number of observations and how recently they were observed will appear next to their name.
If it is blank, they have not been observed.
9. Click the teacher's name to select them
Start
10. Click "Start"
