Low Inference Notes

6. Click here.

7. Tagged notes show up with each indicator

8. Select scores.

9. Copy or append notes to indicator comment section.

10. Edit comments as needed.

Submitting

11. When finished, click "Submit"

The teacher will have access to all content in the observation form.

12. The observation summary will only show areas where evidence was collected.

13. A summary email will automatically be sent to the teacher and the observer.

It has all observation content other than low inference notes. Teachers can access low inference notes by clicking the view button at the bottom of the summary email.

14. Teachers can view the observation and low inference notes

15. Teachers can respond by replying to the summary email

16. Reply to a teacher's comment on the observation or by responding to the notification email.

Adjusting Date and Time

21. If you lose internet access during an observation, your data will be saved to your device.

22. Once you have an internet connection again, it will automatically save to the server.
