1. Set up evaluations
1. Click to open "Classified Employee Evaluations" in the left hand menu
2. Click "Setup"
Tip: Tip! Use the "Schools" filter to view one location at a time.
This is useful if you are an administrator at multiple locations.
3. For each Classified Staff member in your school, click the "Version" dropdown to indicate the role in which this staff member serves. The role you select will affect which rubric will be used for their evaluation.
Options:
Custodian
Secretary
Paraprofessional
Maintenance
Cafeteria
Bus Driver/Monitor
Other
4. For each Classified Staff member in your school, click the "Principal / Supervisor" dropdown and select the evaluator assigned.
Tip: Tip! If you identify staff members that need to be removed or staff members that need to be added, please add those adjustments to this excel sheet. Note: there is a different tab for each school location.
5. Click "Workflows" to return to the individual evaluations.
2. Complete evaluations
6. Click to open an individual's evaluation.
7. There are two parts to complete:
End of Year Performance Ratings: The Supervisor will score the staff member on evaluation rubric and submit
End of Year Conference & Signature: The Supervisor will meet with the staff member to share the results.
Tip: Note: Both people will sign the conference document using the Supervisor's device, while it's logged into the Supervisor's account β the Classified Staff member will not bring their own device to this meeting.
