1. Open the Evaluations using the Left-hand menu bar
2. Optional: Use the search bar to filter a teacher by name
3. Click to open the evaluation for the teacher you want to remove.
4. Click "Edit" next to the Teacher's name
5. Click "Delete Workflow"
6. Click "Yes, Delete Workflow"
