Admin Rights - Using "Setup" to Assign Evaluators and Edit Evaluations

Use the Setup tab on the evaluation page to edit and assign evaluators to an evaluation, as well as change the version. Applicable to admin roles who have rights to Setup (i.e. edit) evaluations.

Navigate to the Evaluation Setup

1. Click the evaluation you want to edit

2. Click the "Setup" tab.

Tip: Tip! If you want to edit the evaluation details for a specific person, use the "Search by Name" field to quickly find the faculty or staff member being evaluated.

Add or Assign Evaluators

3. Click the Evaluator or Admin column(s) to add or assign evaluators to a specific person's evaluation.

4. Search and select the additional evaluator

5. Note that some evaluation teams have multiple evaluators/roles.

In this example, the evaluation team consists of an Evaluator and a Peer.

Be sure to assign observers to an evaluation under the correct title.

Remove an Evaluator

6. Click the "X" next to an evaluator's name to remove them from the person's evaluation team.

Change the Version

7. Click the dropdown under Version to select/change the evaluation's version. (If applicable)
