Creighton Use Cases for Dashboard and Analytics

1. The main dashboard is sectioned by indicator. The 2 rows of widgets show the progression of scores for all schools combined, in chronological order from last school year's Q1 through this school year's Q4

2. Click "Add Filter"

3. Click "Schools"

4. Select the school you want to review.

5. The main dashboard is sectioned by indicator. The 2 rows of widgets show the progression of scores for the single school you selected, in chronological order from last school year's Q1 through this school year's Q4

6. Click on the title of the indicator for the Quarter and Indicator you want to analyze. This will navigate you to the Analytics page for this particular widget.

7. Click "Breakdown By"

8. Click "People"

9. Click "Schools"

10. This will show you a side by side comparison for all of the schools' score distributions of this indicator, in this given quarter.

11. Click the title of the last widget in the Indicator's section.

12. Click "Time Interval"

13. Click "Quarter"

14. For each school, view the score distributions across quarters from Last School Year Q1 through the latest completed quarter this school year.

15. There are many different breakdowns you could create in Analytics to compare scores. Here's the general overview of the options, which you can also combine:

Tip: Tip! From the main dashboard, you can also view Average score by Grade, Subject, or School within a given quarter. (rather than distribution of 1, 2, 3, 4 scores)

Tip: You can also do this in Analytics, by changing the aggregation method of an indicator from count to average

Tip: Tip! In Analytics, use the chart options in the top right corner to change the visual display of your data.
