At the American Baccalaureate School of Kuwait, school administrators will only have access to the teachers assigned to them to evaluate. To make this possible, teachers must be given a tag on their user profile that matches their evaluator's name. This guide explains how to tag a new teacher being added to a school, or update an existing teacher's tag, in order to ensure they are accessible to their assigned evaluator.

Option 1: Add a New Teacher
1. Click "People"
2. Click "Add Person"
3. Complete the teacher's email, first name, and last name.
4. Select the "Teacher" position.
5. Click the "Select organization(s)..." field and add them to their assigned school.
6. Click the "Select department(s)..." field.
This is where you will add the evaluator's name tag.
7. Type to search for the evaluator assigned to this teacher by first name
8. Select the evaluator
9. Click "Add Person"
Option 2: Update an Existing Teacher
10. Click "People"
11. Search and Select the teacher.
12. Click "Actions"
13. Click "Edit User"
14. Click "Γ" next to the evaluator to remove from the teacher.
15. Search and select the updated evaluator by first name.
16. Alternatively, click the "+" symbol to add another evaluator name tag.
17. Click "Update" to save your changes.
