A resource for Shannon Sharkey with SDPC to temporarily give a person access to conduct a Learning Walk at a different school.
Add the Learning Walk Observer
1. Click "People"
2. Search for the person by name.
3. Select the person.
4. Click "Actions"
5. Click "Edit User"
6. Click "Add Position"
7. Click the dropdown for position and select "Learning Walk Observer"
8. Click the "Select organization(s)..." field -- this is where you search and select the school.
9. Select the school where the Learning Walk will be conducted.
10. Click "Update"
Remove the Learning Walk Observer
11. Click "People"
12. Search and select the person.
13. Click "Actions"
14. Click "Edit User"
15. Click "Remove" only on the Learning Walk Observer position block
16. Click "Yes, remove"
