Tip: Note: Only you have access to your notes.

2. Start by:

Clicking on the empty note.

3. Press [[Enter]] to start a new note.

Notes are timestamped and saved automatically in real time.

4. Press [[Tab]] to label.

Choose "General," "Teacher," or "Student."

5. Start a note with [[S]] or [[T]] to auto-label.

You can also include an ":" after the [[S]] or [[T]]

6. Add [[bold]] + [[italics]] + [[underline]] + [[strike through]]

Select text and choose style, or use the keyboard shortcuts.

7. Type the rubric indicator number to tag.

Combine the performance standard and indicator number with a "." between. Ex: [[1\.1]] or [[3\.4]] ,

Tip: Note - You can paste your scripting notes from a different source like a Google Doc or Word Doc to use the rest of the scripting features.

Submiting

8. Pressing the submit button will:

  • Complete the observation.

  • Notify the teacher to complete their reflection.

  • Set the due date of the report and teacher reflection to 5 school days after the observation.

  • Auto-complete the script tagging task if scripting notes are blank.
