Add Resources to the School Artifacts Page

1. Click the back arrow on the Principal Pre-Assessment to go to the main page.

2. Click the "School Artifacts" tab

3. This is the page where the Principal can manage the key documents and resources about the school's daily work that will be referenced by the District Team to score the Comprehensive Tool.

4. There are sections for each type of evidence that can be shared:

  • Email Communications

  • School Visioning

  • Handbook

  • PD

  • Walkthrough Forms/Rubrics

  • Agendas/PLC Minutes

  • Observation Protocol

  • Central Schedule

  • IMPACT/GBF Scope and Sequence Observation Tracker

  • Other Observation Trackers

Within each section, Principals have the option to 1. upload files, and 2. add hyperlinks and comments.

5. Be sure to date label your sample artifacts so the District Team can track the progress of the documents from one learning walk cycle to the next. For example:

6. Click the "Overview" tab to return to the main page

7. Click on the "Principal Pre-Assessment" task to return to the document.
