1. Review Dashboard Data
1. Use the dashboard dropdown to select the dashboard for "RISE Monitoring Walks"
2. Click "Add Filter"
3. Click "Schools"
4. Filter to the school you are currently evaluating.
5. Click "Time Period"
6. Filter to "This Week" to view the data from the current learning walk cycle. Or a previous time period to view data from prior learning walks.
7. Add any additional filters needed.
8. To access Analytics fors a specific question, click the title of the widget.
9. In the Analytics, you can add more breakdowns to filter the data.
2. Review Your Own Observations
10. Click "Observations" under Learning Walks
11. Click "My Observations" to filter to the observations you took.
12. Click "Schools"
13. Select the school you are currently evaluating.
14. Open and review your observations.
3. Review the Principal Self-Evaluation
15. Click "Comprehensive Tool"
16. Select the school you are currently evaluating.
17. Click to open the Principal's Pre-Assessment completed in the current Learning Walk Cycle.
18. Click the upper right-most icon to open the Insights Dashboard
19. View School Artifacts alongside the rubric items to which they correspond.
4. Review all School Artifacts
20. Click "Comprehensive Tool"
21. Select the school you are currently evaluating
22. Click the "School Artifacts" tab
