1. Click "Add Task" under "Action Items"
2. Click "Action Item"
3. Task Name: Create a title for the to-do item
4. Description: Add additional description info to the to-do item
5. Due Date: Set a due date for the to-do item.
Tip: Notice: Are you assigning yourself to the to-do? If not, unselect the option.
6. Assign the task to someone: Click "Add task member". Multiple people can be assigned to the to-do item
Tip: Note: A person has to be assigned to the Learning Walk to be assigned a task. If they are not included, add them as a District Team Member.
7. Click "Create"
Tip: Note: An email notification will be sent to the person if they are assigned to a to-do item.
