Navigate to Analytics
1. Open up the Analytics Tab
Data Selection
2. Click "Property" to select your starting data.
3. Select the solution (i.e. Process) for the data you would like to view.
4. Select the form or evaluation type you would like to view.
Continue following the prompts to filter down to the data you want to analyze.
5. Click "Data" to to look at the individual questions or tasks from the template.
6. At any point, click "People" to view data on a group of people.
7. At any point, click "Metadata" to look at information about the observations, such as completion length.
8. To change the starting data, click the Property field again.
9. Use the back arrows to re-select / re-filter the data you would like to analyze.
Data Filtering
Tip: Tip! Data filtering is optional. The more filters you include, the more specific/narrow your results/analyses will be.
10. Click "Attribute", to filter the data on another data point.
11. Select the new attribute breakdown (Data, Metadata, or People), and follow the prompts until you've selected the field you would like to filter on.
12. Click the dropdowns on the right side of the screen to further filter by specific places, people, names, etc., which pertain to the attribute.
13. You can add more than one attribute, which will further filter (i.e. breakdown) the data.
14. Click "Time Period" to select the time period over which you would like to compile/analyze the data.
You have the option to select pre-saved time frames, quarters, or set a custom date range.
15. Click "Time Interval" to further breakdown the data display.
16. Click "Filter" to further filter by People or Data.
Using Analytics
17. Hover over the results to see descriptions of your data.
18. Click fields to change filtering selections, while keeping the other options the same.
19. Click the 'X' to remove any filters.
Exit Analytics
20. Click the back-arrow in the top left of the menu to exit analytics.
