Accessing your School Improvement Plan

1. Click "Improvement Plans"

2. Select your School's Improvement Plan

3. You can see the School name and School year at the top of the page

4. The overview page shows you the Mission, Vision and Comprehensive Needs Assessment for Equity.

5. The bottom of the overview page also has your goals for the year, with their current status and the status of any strategies

6. The actions page shows you the actions you have planned or completed to help implement your strategies for the year.

7. You can see the name of the action, which strategy it belongs to, who is assigned to the action on the left side of the action

8. The righthand side has the status and the due date or completion date

9. The 'three dot' menu gives you the option to view, edit or delete the action

10. When editing an action you can change the due date

11. When editing an action you can add assignees

12. Click "Save Changes" once you are done making edits

13. The "My Tasks" filter only shows you the actions assigned to you

14. The "Due Soon" filter shows you actions that are due in the next 2 weeks

15. The "Past Due" filter shows you actions that are past their due date

16. Click "Show Completed" to show or hide completed actions

17. The "meetings" tab shows you the meetings that are planned or completed

18. Click "Add Task" to add a new meeting

19. Select the meeting type to add

20. A new meeting will be created and you can make changes to the agenda and submit once you are finished

21. The meeting will show you what type it is, the scheduled date and its status

22. The "Three Dot" menu allows you to view, edit or delete the meeting

23. On the edit page you can change the meeting date, assign people to the meeting and update the meeting's name

24. Make sure to click "Save Changes" when you are done

25. The "My Tasks" filter shows you meetings assigned to you

26. The "Due Soon" filter shows you meetings in the next two weeks

27. The "Past Due" filter shows you meetings where the date has already passed

28. Click "Show Completed" to show or hide completed meetings

29. Click "Setup" to view any of the setup tasks that need to be completed at the start of the year
