Access and Navigate the Comprehensive Tool

1. Click "Comprehensive Tool"

2. Each school will have it's own Learning Walk. Select the school you want to evaluate.

3. "School Artifacts" tab: This is where the Principal/AP will upload key documents and resources that can be referenced to score the Comprehensive Tool.

4. "User Guides" tab: Where you can access the how-to documentation for using this tool

5. "Overview" tab: on the main page is where you can view and access all of the information for the Comprehensive Tool.

Each Learning Walk Cycle will have its own document, with sub-tasks for the "Principal Pre-Assessment" and the "Comprehensive Tool - District Team Consensus".

6. Click to open the "Learning Walk Cycle" document

7. "Introduction" section: Lists all of the steps and information completed during the Learning Walk process.

Use the left-side menu bar to quickly navigate between sections on the page.

8. "Previous Action Items" section: Lists action items set during the previous Learning Walk Cycle, organized by completion status

9. "Principal Pre-Assessment" section: This is where the Principal will complete the self-assessment of the Comprehensive Rubric

10. "District Team Consensus" section: This is where the District Supervisor/Team Lead will fill out the district team's consensus of the Comprehensive Rubric, and give the final ratings on the school.

11. "Action Tracker" section: This is where the District Supervisor/Team Lead will take notes from the meeting with the Principal, and will create and assign action items based on takeaways from the feedback.

12. Click the back arrow to return to the main page.

13. Click "Edit" to edit users on the school's Comprehensive Tool

14. When the next Learning Walk Cycle begins at the school: you will still be able to see and reference the information from the previous cycle! The new learning walk cycle will be added underneath the previous one.
