Applicable to Walkthroughs and Informal Observations, Forms library Only available to admin roles who have access to the Forms library, and have permissions to create and edit forms.
1. Click "Forms" to open the form library.
2. On the forms page, select the form you would like to remove
3. Click "Settings"
4. If you want to remove the form from use click "Archive"
5. Click "Archive Form"
6. If you want to prevent a form from being used while you make changes click "Unpublish"
7. Click "Unpublish Form"
