1. Type a note in the text field.
2. For general notes: Default tag will be "G" for "General"
3. For notes describing Teacher actions: Click "T" for "Teacher"
4. For notes describing Student actions: Click "S" for "Student"
5. For information you want to use to answer questions in the Evaluation report:
Click "Add tags"

6. Select the tag that describes the information captured.
Note: You can add more than one tag!
7. Click enter to write a new note.
8. When you are finished taking notes, Click "Submit"
Note: these notes can be edited and tagged at any time, even if you have already submitted the task. Click "Unsubmit" to make changes.
