1. Navigate to the setup tab for your school improvement plan
2. Open the goal you want to make changes to
3. You can add health updates for the goal
4. Click "Quick Health Update"
5. You can edit the name, description and give it a health status such as on track or off track
6. Click "Save change" when you are done editing
7. Click "Submit" to finish the update
8. Click "Comments" to add comments about the update
9. Click a strategy to open it up for editing
10. You can add a health update for strategies
11. The three dot menu allows you to view, edit or delete an action
12. Click "Unsubmit" on any of the goals or strategies to edit them again
