1. Open the goal you are ready to complete
2. Click "Submit"
3. The system will ask you if you want to submit just the goal or the goal and the strategies. You can always unsubmit a goal or strategy later if needed.
4. Actions are not submitted but are instead marked as completed
5. Click "Mark as Completed"
