Add a Principal Pre-Assessment Task

1. Click "Comprehensive Tool"

2. Select the Principal's school.

3. Click to open the current Learning Walk Cycle that you are completing.

4. Navigate to the "Principal Pre-Assessment" section of the document.

5. Click "Add Task"

6. Click "Principal Pre-Assessment"

Tip: Tip! Once the task is created, the Principal will receive an email that the Pre-Assessment has been assigned to them. They should complete it and add evidence to the School Artifacts list.

7. Optional: Edit the details of the Principal's Pre-Assessment by clicking the calendar icon that says "Not set"

8. Option 1: Edit the name of the Principal Pre-Assessment for clarity

9. Option 2: Click to edit the date that the Principal should complete the pre-assessment by.

10. Click "Save Changes"

11. Click the back arrow to return to the main page.

12. The "Principal Pre-Assessment" now appears as a sub-task under the current Learning Walk Cycle.
